Eligible employee groups include:

- Faculty (Unit 3)
- Academic Support (Unit 4)
- Skilled Crafts (Unit 6)
- Public Safety (Unit 8)
- CMA Operating Engineers (Unit 10)
- Academic Student Employees (Unit 11)
- Confidential (C99)
- Excluded (E99)
- Executives (M98)
- MPP (M80)
In order to participate, an employee must be able to pay for CSU parking expenses through payroll deduction.
