Systemwide Faculty Data Collection and Analysis

Academic Human Resources is responsible for monitoring faculty employment information and data needs of Human Resources, which includes overseeing the collection and analysis of faculty employment and compensation data. AHR also conducts research in faculty recruitment, retention and retirement. Furthermore, AHR studies faculty employment including policies, salaries, trends and projections.
