• Swing Shift: An eligible employee who is regularly assigned 4 or more hours between 6:00 p.m. and midnight (exclusive of overtime) is to be paid a shift differential of $1.25 per hour for the employee's entire shift.
  
  
• Graveyard Shift: An eligible employee who is regularly assigned 4 or more hours between midnight and 6:00 a.m. (exclusive of overtime) is to be paid a shift differential of $2.20 per hour for the employee's entire shift.
  
  
• An eligible employee who is regularly assigned to work the swing shift and who works at least 4 hours beyond midnight is to be paid the graveyard rate for the entire shift.
  
  
• An eligible employee who is regularly assigned to work a shift that includes hours between 6:00 p.m. and 6:00 a.m. but is not assigned enough hours to qualify for a full shift differential shall receive:
  • A shift differential of $1.25 per hour for all hours worked between 6:00 p.m. and midnight.
  • A shift differential of $2.20 per hour for all hours worked between midnight and 6:00 a.m.
