General Information

A PBSI may be granted as recognition for employees' contributions at work.
-
PBSIs are in the form of a base salary increase and/or in the form of a one-time bonus
for employees who have reached the maximum rate of the salary range of the
classification.

In years where systemwide PBSI funds are allocated, PBSIs are retroactive to July 1 of
the fiscal year.
-
PBSIs from campus funds can be awarded at any time.
