General Information
-
Typically, an EPI is a permanent increase to an employee's base salary, not to exceed the salary range maximum. In order to be eligible for an EPI, an employee must meet the following criteria:

Employee's overall performance must be satisfactory or better for the previous three years;

Employee must have no disciplinary actions received in the past three years
which remain in the personnel file;

Employee must have completed the designated amount of years of qualifying CSU service
as of a given date as outlined in the Collective Bargaining Agreement.
