RECOGNITION

1.1

The Trustees of The California State University (CSU) recognize the California State University Employees Union (CSUEU), SEIU Local 2579, as the sole and exclusive representative of Bargaining Unit 13 in accordance with Public Employment Relations Board (PERB) Case number LA-RR-1123-H.

1.2

The classifications included in this unit are:

Exempt English Language Program Instructor (Classification Code 1350, Range 1)

Non-Exempt English Language Program Instructor (Classification Code 1350, Range 2)

Substitute English Language Program Instructor (Classification Code 1360)

1.3

The recognized unit may be modified by agreement of the parties pursuant to the rules and regulations of the PERB.
