Dr. Crystal Gips is Systemwide Director of CalStateTEACH in the Office of the Chancellor of the California State University system. CalStateTEACH is a site-based credentialing program for multiple subject teacher candidates. She also provides leadership to the Math Professional Development component of the Early Assessment Program, a joint effort of the CSU and the county offices in the K-12 system across the state. Prior to her employment in this position, she was Dean of the Thelma P. Lally School of Education at The College of Saint Rose in Albany NY. She previously served as Associate Dean of the College of Education at CSU Northridge.
