Dr. Joan S. Bissell is Director for Teacher Education and Public School Programs. She works with the campuses in the CSU Mathematics and Science Teacher Initiative and assists them in such other areas as the Ed.D in Educational Leadership. Prior to her work at the Chancellor's Office, Dr. Bissell was Dean of the College of Education and Integrative Studies at Cal Poly Pomona.
