Dr. Marilyn 'Crego is serving as Interim State University Dean, Extended Education, for the Spring term on a half-time basis while a national search is being conducted for a permanent State University Dean. Before her retirement in September 2008, she served for seventeen years at CSU Long Beach, first as Associate Dean and then as Dean of University College and Extension Services. Prior to that she held faculty and administrative positions at Michigan State University and other universities in the Midwest, Canada, and California. While her Ph.D. is in Clinical Psychology, she has devoted most of her academic career to creating and administering degree and professional enhancement programs that increase educational access at public higher education institutions.
