Rachel Hendrickson, Director, Student Academic Support, coordinates the CSU's transfer programs, provides project management for technology programs, and oversees the budget and contracts for Student Academic Support. Ms. Hendrickson also represents the CSU with external agencies and intersegmental groups focused on technology, transfer, and admission policies.

Prior to joining the CSU, Ms. Hendrickson leveraged her higher education experience in her work at Oracle Corporation where she served as the program management director of the admission, recruitment and enrollment management areas for the Oracle Student System software development project. At Oracle she also worked on Customer Relationship Management applications as well as the electronic portfolio application.

Ms. Hendrickson has 20 years of experience in higher education at both private and public institutions, working in admission and recruitment at The Johns Hopkins University; The University of California, Santa Barbara; The University of North Carolina at Greensboro; and the University of Maryland.

Rachel holds academic degrees from Barnard College, Columbia University (B.A.), Teacher's College, Columbia University (M.A.) and The Johns Hopkins University (M.A.).
