The Lower-Division Transfer Patterns Project - Descriptors

CSU faculty developed the following LDTP Descriptors describing the appropriate course content necessary to meet the requirements for LDTP articulation.

California Community Colleges may choose to submit course outlines of record for articulation with the LDTP Descriptors listed below. CSU has prepared the LDTP Guidebook for CCC Articulation Officers (PDF) .  This guidebook provides tips and samples of approved courses for a number of course descriptors.

For a complete list of current and future LDTP Descriptors, interim California Articulation Number (CAN) designated course usage, and which LDTP use the descriptor please review the LDTP Descriptor Usage chart.

Submissions for disciplines with an asterix (*) may take a significant time for review results to be released.
