RESOLVED: That the ASCSU distribute this resolution to the CSU Board of Trustees, CSU Chancellor, Executive Vice Chancellor and Chief Academic Officer, campus Presidents, campus Senate Chairs, and CSU Provosts/Vice Presidents of Academic Affairs.

RATIONALE: Current Educational Code 66055.8 states that students with an earned bachelor's degree from a regionally accredited institution who are enrolled in CSU Bachelor of Science in Nursing degree programs are not required to complete courses other than those required for completion of the nursing major.
