  • President of Parsons Environment and Infrastructure, a primary global business unit of Parsons Corporation, an international engineering, construction, technical, and management services firm with 13,000 employees and revenues of $3 billion in 2012.
  • Has 25 years of experience in both the public and private water sectors in North America and the Middle East. Her particular areas of expertise include water resource management; water treatment, conveyance, and storage; groundwater management; desalination; and water reuse.
  • While at the West Basin Municipal Water District (WBMWD), where she rose to the position of General Manager, she successfully implemented a $500 million Capital Improvement Program, including WBMWD’s “Designer Water” recycled water system.
  • While General Manager of Orange County Water District (OCWD) she successfully implemented the Groundwater Replenishment Project—the state’s first planned indirect potable reuse project.
  • Has authored several pieces of state and federal legislation relating to water resources and policy issues and served on the boards of numerous industry organizations.
