The mandatory waivers tables reflect data submitted by campuses to ERSS. A subsequent correction in mandatory waivers ("exempt for nonresident fees" or California residents) was submitted to the Budget Office (independent of the ERSS system), and used for the 2009/10 State University Fee revenue projections.
