Since Chancellor Timothy P. White began his service as the new CSU Chancellor six months ago, he has advocated for the CSU, reached out to diverse communities, visited 12 campuses and connected with students, faculty and staff on a personal level. More.

CSU Expands Cybersecurity Programs

With the increase of devastatingly destructive cyber attacks in the United States, President Obama has declared that the “cyber threat is one of the most serious economic and national security challenges we face as a nation” and that “America's economic prosperity in the 21st century will depend on cybersecurity.”

By hosting cyber defense competitions and developing an interdisciplinary cybersecurity curriculum, the CSU is doing its part to produce a skilled cybersecurity workforce. More.

CSU “Journey to Success” College Fair

Journey to SuccessApproximately 500 Asian American and Pacific Islander (AAPI) parents and their sixth through 12th grade-age children from Los Angeles and Orange County participated in the “Journey to Success” college fair held at the CSU Dominguez Hills campus on June 1.

AAPI students and families gathered to participate in workshops about financial aid, admissions, student life, the benefits of college, and careers in engineering and hospitality.
