PATRICIA B. BARTSCHER

Profile:

Patricia B. Bartscher was appointed as University Counsel for San Francisco State University in July 1994. She has been a faculty member and administrator at San Francisco State University since 1982, and continues her interest and teaching in international business law. Ms. Bartscher is a member of the Academic/Student Affairs Team in the OGC. She is the OGC specialist on immigration and residency issues and the resource attorney on athletics.
