Jennifer Glad joined California State University’s Office of the General Counsel in August 2014. Jennifer’s primary responsibilities as University Counsel are advising California State University Bakersfield and California State University Stanislaus. She also serves as a resource attorney for advising on intellectual property, contract, and land use matters. Before joining the CSU, Jennifer worked for the international law firm of O’Melveny & Myers LLP, where she gained extensive experience litigating all manner of intellectual property, entertainment and general business disputes. While in law school, Jennifer served as an extern for the Honorable J. Gary Hastings at the California Court of Appeal and the Honorable Florence-Marie Cooper at the United States District Court for the Central District of California. Prior to law school, Jennifer worked for a private company researching and developing cancer therapeutics and diagnostics. Jennifer is admitted to practice law in California.
