Juanda Lowder Daniel

Juanda Lowder Daniel joined the Office of General Counsel in 2012. She is the University Counsel for California State University, San Bernardino and California Maritime Academy and is a member of the Human Resources team. Juanda is the Office of General Counsel’s resource attorney for Social Media, Online Education, Immigration and Legislation. Prior to joining the Office of General Counsel, she was a full time law professor and administrator at the University of La Verne College of Law, and previously practiced in the areas of education law, labor & employment, land use & zoning and public contracting. She also spent a number of years as Deputy City Attorney for the Riverside City Attorney’s Office. She is admitted to practice in California, Illinois, Michigan, Minnesota, and Washington.
