CSU Policy on Affirmative Action
Executive Order 883 states, in pertinent part:
"[E]ach campus shall establish and maintain written affirmative action programs and a set of procedures that are consistent with all applicable federal and state laws, regulations and Trustee policies governing nondiscrimination and affirmative action."
Each CSU campus has legal obligations to fulfill regarding its Affirmative Action Plan (AAP), as detailed in the following Human Resources policy communications:
