CSU students enroll directly in an Australian university, study with Australian faculty and students, and gain the personal experience of being fully integrated into the life of the host institution and community. Students are expected to enroll in courses in the fields listed (the Australian model); students may take one course outside their field per semester.
In Australia, the CSU is affiliated with six universities in three different Australian cities: Brisbane, Sydney, and Melbourne. IP students will be assigned to one of the host universities by the Office of International Programs. The program in Australia is based on the principle of reciprocal exchange of students. The potential number of participants is, therefore, dependent on the ability of the Australian institutions to provide candidates for participation.
