Intra-CSU ILL Policies and Procedures
CSU is working to determine the policies and procedures for due dates,
renewal standards, resends and "not received" articles, and ARIEL protocol
and scanning.
Currently, there are no charges for lost books between CSU Libraries.
Details of the policy are noted in the coded memoranda below.
