The Diversity Forum Recruiting Fair
Representatives from over 200 leading graduate schools from across the United States set up tables in order to meet with individual students. There you will find out about the programs their campuses offer, financial aid availability, and their admissions requirements and procedures. The represented graduate schools include all 10 campuses of the University of California system, the University of Southern California, Stanford University, most of the graduate schools from the Ivy League, the Big Ten, the University of Texas, and institutions from all regions of the country.
Attendance at the Diversity Forum is free, but it is strictly by invitation only. Because capacity is limited, you must be invited by your home campus-unless you are a Sally Casanova California Pre-Doctoral Scholar, in which case you are specifically invited by the Pre-Doctoral Program. Look for your Forum invitation to arrive via e-mail about five weeks before the Forum. The Pre-Doctoral Program hosts a special reception on the evening before the Diversity Forum, where you can meet graduate program representatives in a quiet environment. And the Pre-Doctoral Program will pay for your stay at a hotel or motel near the Forum campus on the night before the Diversity Forum. There is no need to use your Pre-Doctoral Scholarship funds for this purpose.
