2154  FOOD SERVICE AGREEMENT

When an Auxiliary Organization provides food services to a campus using 
Housing System facilities, 

"A written agreement on behalf of the State of California...and the auxiliary 
organization is required for the performance of such...function".

Appendix BA 2910.40 contains the required form for the food service 
agreement and property lease that should be used when an auxiliary 
organization provides food services directly or subcontracts with an off-
campus vendor to provide food services.
