2803.03  REALLOCATION FOR FINANCIAL AID PROGRAMS

Each year around October the Chancellor's Office will issue an additional 
Allocation Order revising the budgeted amount for the financial aid 
programs.  This second Allocation Order should be posted to the books to 
adjust each financial aid program budget.  The basis for the Allocation Order 
is the Fiscal Application that is filed with the federal government and 
updated information on the campus' award letters.  (See SUAM paragraph
