2803.04  CLAIM SCHEDULES

Each time cash is drawn from the federal government, it is deposited in the 
State Treasury in an account maintained by the Controller's Office.  To obtain 
the funds for individual campus financial aid programs, a Claim Schedule is 
submitted to the State Controller (see SUAM Appendix BA 2989-ABS).  Each 
Claim Schedule must reflect the fiscal year to which the expenditure is 
applicable.  That means for example that for a late Pell Grant disbursement, 
the Claim Schedule should correctly reflect the fiscal year to which the 
expenditure should be charged.
