3823  REMITTANCES TO THE STATE TREASURER

Reference:  Memorandum BA 85-11.

While the general requirement is for remittance to the Treasurer at least 
monthly or when cash collections exceed $100,000 or more, this is not 
adequate for collections made in connection with the revenue funds.  To 
augment the interest income to be earned by the Dormitory Revenue Fund 
(residence, parking, union accounts), remittances shall be made at least every 
other week or whenever collections exceed $100,000.
