Dylan Saake joined the California State University's Office of General Counsel in May 2024. Dylan serves as University Counsel – Civil Rights for the Chico, East Bay, Humboldt, Sacramento and Stanislaus campuses. Before joining the Office of General Counsel, Dylan worked as the Assistant Vice President for Equal Opportunity and Dispute Resolution on the Chico State campus and his duties included serving as the Campus Title IX Coordinator and Discrimination, Harassment and Retaliation Administrator. Prior to Chico State, Dylan served as a Regional Director and Directing Attorney for the nonprofit law firm of California Rural Legal Assistance, Inc., where he advocated on behalf of low income and farmworker communities in rural California. Dylan is admitted to practice in California.
