​​Dr. Boschini embodies leadership qualities, such as integrity, empathy, and positivity. Her wisdom comes, in part, from experience as an Emergency Psychiatric Assessment Nurse.  Under her leadership, the Nursing Department successfully completed two accreditation cycles. The Association of Kern County Nurse Leaders recognized Dr. Boschini as the “Nurse Educator of the Year”.  She served on 30+ university-level committees and paved the way for faculty involvement in budgetary matters.  Dr. Boschini has an enduring impact on the university and the community.​​​​​​
