Technology is a vital component of improving the overall learning experience. I have been an early adopter of new technology, and I continuously use technology to provide students with an enriched learning experience.
Arun Nambiar has earned a reputation as a skilled user of technology, incorporating technology into his pedagogy in a variety of ways for content dissemination and communication. He creates captioned video podcasts and disseminates them via the campus streaming server integrated into Blackboard, iTunes and YouTube. He also conducts virtual live classroom sessions using Blackboard Collaborate. In his courses, he incorporates social media tools such as Facebook and Twitter and Web 2.0 tools, including Bundlr, Scoopit and Remind101.
