CSU Chancellor Statement on Passing of Former SFSU President Robert A. Corrigan

The following statement can be attributed to CSU Chancellor Mildred García:


​“It was my great honor and pleasure to get to know Dr. Corrigan when I joined the CSU as president of CSU Dominguez Hills. I remain as impressed and inspired today as I was then by his commitment to inclusive access to higher education, and by his unique vision of the role of universities as stewards of place in the communities they serve. His collaborative leadership style and dedication to educational equity left an indelible mark on San Francisco State and on the national higher education landscape. I am forever grateful to have called him a colleague and a friend."
