The exciting work being done at every level of our California State University system is among the most inspirational in higher education today, and it reminds us that we all play a part in creating and sustaining an equitable learning environment for our students. We invite you to engage and feel inspired by our students, faculty, staff, and administrators, whose work in achieving equity will be highlighted throughout the program. This celebration will also be an opportunity to share the most recent data on graduation and equity goals set as part of our Graduation Initiative 2025, the ambitious plan from the largest and most diverse university system in the country. Our theme,
Advancing Equity Together, asks us to consider not only what we have accomplished in achieving our GI 2025 goals, but to also continue to challenge ourselves to close our equity gaps as we reach the final years of our Graduation Initiative.
