Serves on the board of directors for Kardium, a Vancouver, Canada company focused on treatment of atrial fibrillation and for Arterys in San Francisco, California focused on artificial intelligence to improve evaluation of radiologic images.
Serves as chairman of board of joint venture between Intuitive and Fosun Pharma in Shanghai, China.
A contributing member of the College Advancement Advisory Board for the College of Engineering at Cal Poly and has served on the board since 2016.
Contributed to the development of trans-esophageal transducers as well as the innovative AcuNav catheter for Acuson Corporation.
