  • DACA Updates

    On September 13, 2023, District Court Judge Hanen found the formal rule concerning DACA issued by the Biden administration in 2022 unlawful. The decision was appealed and is once again before the 5th Circuit Court of Appeal. The CSU joined the Presidents’ Alliance on Higher Education and Immigration, TheDream.US, and 167 other colleges and universities in filing an amicus brief in support of DACA.
