2024 Spring Job Shadow Program
The largest cohort to date included 19 students from CSU Dominguez Hills, San Francisco State and San José State. This year’s group shadowed professionals from Audit and Advisory Services, Business and Information Technology and Human Resources. To date, 40 CSU students have completed the program.

2023 Spring Job Shadow Program
This year, six students from CSU Dominguez Hills, Cal State LA, Cal State Long Beach and San Francisco State shadowed professionals from Audit and Advisory Services, Business and Information Technology, Financing and Investments and Human Resources. Since 2020, a total of 21 students have completed the program.

2022 Spring Job Shadow Program
Five students from CSU Dominguez Hills and Cal State Fullerton shadowed professionals from Audit & Advisory Services, Business and Sponsored Programs and Human Resources. To date, 15 CSU students have participated in the past three years.

2021 Spring Job Shadow Program
The 2021 spring program grew to seven students from both CSU Dominguez Hills and Cal State Fullerton. It also added the Business and Finance division along with Systemwide HR at the Chancellor’s Office.

2020 Spring Job Shadow Program
The program launched with a partnership between CSU Dominguez Hills, College of Business Administration & Public Policy, and the CSU Systemwide Human Resources Division.
A total of three students completed the first-ever job shadow program.
