A report is available in the common library to identify employees with vacation and CTO balances over the maximum accrual rate. The name is: MAXRPT.
The report uses the LX - Leave Summary file and provides the employee's current balance, the maximum balance allowed and the excess hours. The data is sorted by agency-unit and employee name. The report is formatted for printing, but can easily be modified for downloading into an EXCEL spreadsheet.
The report contains a record limit so you can view a sample of the data. If you would like to use this report, please copy it into your library before modifying.
