Affirmative Action

The CSU is an Equal Opportunity Employer and supports diversity and inclusion in its recruitment, hiring, retention, and promotion policies and practices. Affirmative Action Program

Each of the 23 CSU campuses and the Chancellor’s Office are required to establish and maintain an affirmative action program that is updated annually and communicated to campus administrators and other members of the campus community.

Complaints Regarding Discrimination in Hiring

Claims of discrimination or retaliation in recruitment, hiring or promotional policies or practices which are based on the complainant’s protected status may be made by filing a discrimination complaint.
