Servicemember and Veteran Students

Military servicemembers and veterans, who believe they are experiencing discrimination, harassment or retaliation because of their status as a servicemember or veteran, may file a discrimination complaint. (See also, Discrimination, H​arassment and Retaliation). The CSU offers Veterans Affairs Programs and Services at its campuses. The CSU is an equal opportunity employer and provides each applicant with the opportunity to declare the applicant’s status as a military servicemember or veteran. Military servicemembers and veterans, who believe they are experiencing discrimination may file a discrimination complaint.

Servicemember and Veteran Employees of the CSU

An employee who is a servicemember or veteran is a member of a protected status. If an employee is experiencing discrimination, harassment or retaliation because of this protected status or if an employee is not receiving the rights and benefits to which a servicemember or veteran is entitled, that employee may file a complaint.
