All public comment - for all committees and plenary sessions - will take place at the start of the Board of Trustees' open session. Please note that start times are approximate and subject to change. Each speaker will be given
one (1) minute to address the board. Speakers are not permitted to cede, pool or yield their time to other speakers.
Members of the public may address the board in-person, virtually via Zoom, or by providing written public comment. Although every effort will be made to accommodate all speakers in the time allotted, it is possible that not everyone who requests to speak will be able to address the Board in-person or virtually. All written comments received will be distributed to the trustees.
Please note: Any additional requests for public comment received after the public comment registration deadline on Tuesday, November 19 at 12:00 p.m. will be placed on a stand-by list.If the meeting venue has reached in-person capacity, visitors will be asked to watch the meeting via the livestream on the Board of Trustees website via their phone or computer.
