In this stage, the design team processes information gathered in previous stages and creates tangible documents in distinct phases in order for a qualified builder to execute the work.
Now is the time to work with project teams to provide constructability reviews and studies for preconstruction and constructability. You will also manage the construction and closeout of the project.
In this Stage of an Infrastructure project, systems are put into service and regular maintenance begins and equipment inventory and maintenance schedules are loaded into management software for proper ongoing stewardship and tracking.
