Manages the CSU Advancement Academy professional development program, organizing workshops and convening communities of practice. Coordinates systemwide reporting of advancement data, and maintains archives of the CSU’s advancement gains, metrics, policies and tools.

Assists donors and grantmakers with support to the CSU, including administration of the systemwide charitable gift annuity and systemwide scholarship programs. Manages engagement of the CSU Foundation Board of Governors.
