​​Alignment​: ​Align the CSU and individual campus procurement structures to impact campus objectives, and market procurement as a strategic function and trusted partner.​

Status Related Goal(s)
1. Annually present to various affinity groups to communicate our goals and achievements and solicit feedback.
2. Study alternate organizational structures and provide recommendations by June 30, 2022.
3. Annually collaborate with the Council of Deans and/or Chief Research Officers groups to address their needs by June 30th of each applicable year.
