In our efforts to create transparency and accountability across the CSU system, standardized data is collected and aggregated from each university and the Chancellor’s Office through an Annual Report Survey. The Annual Report Survey compiles data on the number of reports, complaints, investigations and outcomes. The Annual Report Survey provides the Chancellor’s Office and each university with critical data necessary to identify and track emerging patterns and trends, and highlights opportunities for additional prevention education and training.
2023-24 Annual Report Survey
The California State University conducts an Annual Report Survey of our 23 universities to collect and analyze comprehensive data on all forms of discrimination, harassment and retaliation prohibited by the CSU Nondiscrimination Policy. The Annual Report Survey also collects information required by Education Code §66282 (Senate Bill 808).
