Construction Claims Program

All state-funded streamlined (302) capital outlay projects are required to participate in the Construction Claims Program, administered by CPDC.

Participation requires a 1 percent fee of the construction contract award and is collected at the time of award. The fee should be budgeted from the construction building and sitework cost.
