Goal:
Enable CSU campuses to improve learning, retention and graduation rates of all students with the help of library resources.
ATS Strategies for Library Resources:
- Support the
Systemwide Digital Library Content (SDLC) team to manage the contracting of electronic information in support of the CSU's academic mission.
- SDLC is on of the most successful models of shared acquisition of electronic information in the nation.
- Support the
Systemwide Digital Library Services (SDLS) oversee the adoption, development, implementation and support of systemwide library information systems.
- The systemwide library information systems aim at providing improved management of, and greater access to, the collections and services of the CSU Libraries
- Support the
CSU Libraries Network to advance and extend knowledge, learning and culture, especially throughout California.
- The 24 libraries in the CSU system are a network led by the
Council of Library Deans (COLD), with support from Systemwide Digital Library Services and Content at the Chancellor's Office.
