The main compendium screen is similar to the main ad hoc reporting screen and consists of 3 sections: the action bar, the library index and the function keys. Each section is discussed below. Note: The main compendium screen can be set as your primary screen (instead of your personal library). For instructions, refer to the topic: Set First CIRS Screen To Display.

Action Bar

The action bar is on the first line of the main compendium screen and provides jumps to other functions and options in CIRS.

To access items on the action bar, put your cursor over the word or phrase and press enter.

Library Index

The middle portion of the main compendium screen displays the library index. The report titles are listed in code order along with the detail level. The total number of reports (rows) is displayed in the upper right corner. For definitions of the terms used, refer to the topic: Compendium Report Terminology.
