Effective Date (MMDDYYYY)

Definition:

For the PS file, this is the effective date of the most recent change (e.g., rate, title, etc.) to the Class Code and range.

For all other files, this is the date a Transaction Code is effective.  Refer to PIMS Manual, Item 210, for more information.  

Refer also to Effective Date (YYYYMMDD).

This is a SMART DATE.

This is a defined field.
