Job Code Master File Description

This file contains campus customized MPP job titles that allow for the accurate description of the duties of an individual in that job code. This file can be used as a stand alone file or matched with the job code field from other files. If the Active Current Status (AC) or Systemwide AC files are used, a match is not necessary since both files contain a cross-referenced field that provides an automatic join with this file. The key to the automatic join is job code and campus code. This file is automatically allocated when any other file is selected in the online or batch environment.
